Ray Arthur retires

Long serving Rotarian Ray Arthur recently retired after 21 years as a member of the Rotary Club of Margaret River. Tributes were given at a special meeting to acknowledge Ray's service to Rotary and his contribution to overseas projects from Smiler Gale, Rod Dyer, Lloyd Shepherdson and Brian Middleton
